Easy maintenance, not high maintenance-that’s a special feature of your Encore worksurfaces.  Because we all know how precious our leisure time is.

In General day-to-day usage, keeping your surface as good as new requires little more than normal cleaning with mild detergent and water. Then rinse with clean water and buff gently dry.

Your Encore worksurface is developed to cope with everyday wear and tear from crockery and utensils. And while it is high impact and heat resistant, your worksurface can become damage if mistreated, so we recommend some sensible measures like placing hot pans or casserole dishes on protective mats, mopping up spills quickly and not chopping directly onto it.  Minor scratches can be removed by using the Scotch-Brite pad provided in our care and maintenance kit. In the unlikely event of more significant damage, we suggest using an Encore installer who is trained to repair and refinish your surface.
